Amy Morton is a Nutritional Therapist and Binge Eating Specialist from British Columbia, Canada who struggled with binge eating most of her life. This condition affected every aspect of Amy's life and left her feeling defeated and depressed, yet still wanted to eat more despite the intense feeling of fullness.
After her scale reached triple digits multiple times and after she endured many health complications that she couldn't manage any longer, she dove deep into the world of nutritional mental health and addictions where she learned how to change her brain chemistry. After doing so, Amy's binge-eating came to a screeching halt which led her to have a healthy and harmonious relationship with both food and herself, for the first time in her life.
Now Amy shares her knowledge and expertise with women who are going through the exact same issue that she once went through and overcame.
